YOU'LL SEE FATTY STUFF COME TO THE TOP AND YOU JUST SKIM THAT OFF. ITS EASIEST TO USE A BIG SERVING SPOON AND WHEN THE EGG IS FIRM YOU LIFT IT OUT OF THE WATER AND YOU PUT IT ON THE HAM AND MUFFIN. I SPRINKLE WITH SALT PEPPER AND PARSLEY AND ITS PRETTY GOOD. NOW... WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE TOP OF THE MUFFIN? DIP IT IN THE EGG!
